Craigslist update

last night on the news there was an article about people stealing trailers and other things and putting them on Craig's List here in Oregon. Here any trailer under 1500 lbs does not need to be licensed or registered or have lights and brakes. I know silly law but an old one.
Well I only wanted to let people know that they might not get what they want if they buy something from Oregon. Especially trailers that don't have a registration number.
