I don't suppose it makes a difference as long as they are pointing opposite directions. Assuming that the job is being done on a 75 degree sunny day in a dry field before the crop is planted, (don't laugh Allen, it happened once) and I had the choice I would point them in not out. This is because the torque of the tower, if they have any, would put more load on the back tire of the tower so it would do more work so you would want it to clean more than the other.
