Most of them won't tell you the "real" reason that they are the wrong color but they all have an "after the fact" reason that justifies it , at least in their minds. Even people who still had black/white TV,s into the '70,s always had a story as to why. I'll bet it was so they would be different than averyone else. Why would you want to have color? then you would be just like all the neighbors.
