Don't let them try to pull one over on you. My son had a woman back into his car. the insurance said the accident was 15% his fault, becasue he did not honk his horn before the woman hit him. and they only paid him 85% of the claim.My son was forced to settle, he needed his car fixed. If you can do without it, stand your ground. If they do not want to pay to fix your car, you can force them to replace the car with one in 100% like condition.
