front wheel spindles on JD 70 double front wheels

How do they come apart from the upright that bolts to steering shaft? Bearing bosses worn out need to build up and turn down. Posted on JD board no replys, thought try here as there is lot of knowledge on this board. Any help greatly appreicated. Thanks, R.J.
