David, I sure have enjoyed all the photos you post. Really some great shots. On the tractor in question, I would go over it with a fine tooth comb,looking for any problems or things that might worry me about future repairs required. It looks awfully nice in the photo and if you can verify that those are truly original hours, it might not be a bad deal. Of course, I"m assuming that in Wales, just as here in the US. a tractor is worth what the buyer is willing to pay for it. It"s only overpriced if you feel that it is.
