having worked on the sheriff's patrol for many years- I thought our job was to solve the "crime" and let the DA try the case--after all if the co that sold the divice tracked the trailer- they would be the ones stalking not you== and I don't think this would hold up in court anyway-- most of the judges have a little common sense left
