Similar thing happened to a guy I know.. He was on a country road, stopped, walked back in the woods, came back to his truck, a Deputy was pulled over, asked what was going on.. He told Deputy he walked into the woods to answer nature. He got a ticket for indecent exposure, although he was way off in the woods. Ticket was only 50 or so dollars, and he was just going to pay it, until a lawyer told him it would put him on the S3xual Offender list.. He fought it and was found not guilty, so he stayed off the list..
