Does the cell phone companies sell the track your teen service or some other service in GA ?

While I lived in Tampa,FL ahinese Restaurant owner called the cops to get a blind mans guide dog thrown out , and the stupid cop did it.
Of course the blind man can now afford a gold collar for the guide dog :)
