Basic Verizon family Share Plan=500 minutes, free Phone for 2 year commitment $50.00,extra phone is $ 9.99 and taxes and misc charges, total $69.99.Question is why is your MIL Bill $90.00? Roaming should not be an issue in Mn. My experience is don't mess with Mother Nature or Mother in laws or Wives.
