I've got a 96 with the 350, and if it's cool and wet outside, it won't start. Had a a dealership look at. They pull it into their heated shop and replaced a distributor gear and voila! One month later it was cold and foggy out, and it wouldn't start, did the exact same thing.It's definitely getting gas. I did the cap, rotor, plugs, wires, and module, and it made no difference. Long story short, I plugged the engine heater (frost plug type) in out of desperation.Takes about two hours and it will start. My favorite local mech said there is a problem with moisture and the distributor with the early Vortech. If yours has a heater, give it a shot. I don't drive mine often, and I'm sure that doesn't help.
