The last 12-18 months haven't been kind to Chrysler. They got into a huge over stock situation and discounted their cars (especially fleet sales) to the bone. Now they have a massive number of low mileage fleet cars coming out on lots to compete against their new car sales (repeat of the Ford Taurus only on a compay wide scale).
