Two years ago I traded for a arins with a 14 HP Kohler that had Started been setting for a few years .
The carb will need overhualed also the fuel pump as that old gas has left Valves in pump unserviceable probly be cheaper to buy new one . try gravety feeding carb and by passing pump to see if pump bad . also ended up replaceing Coil, Points, spark plug , spark plug wire , Condenser ,& re-wireing hole tractor . Head gasket. After that engine ran as good as new .
