I expect they are doing the best they can with what they have. I'm sure they can't afford to pay much, and apparently nobody is willing to make good quality programs for the money offered. I'm sure if someone wants to make classy tractor videos and offer them to RFD, they would be delighted to show them. Its just market forces at work, I'm afraid.
