One thing I'd recommend is that you use a longer length of chain bolted to the block. You're putting a tremendous amount of loading on both the block and the chain when you have it at such a wide angle as you do. That or move the two ends of the chain closer together, maybe instead of hooking at the rear of the block you could move that bolt to one of the holes between cylinders #5 & 6.
