I think it depends alot on what your needs are in a tractor that size. If you want a nimble tractor that is easy to operate on odd jobs the 4020 should be as good as any but, if you are looking to do some plowing, heavy tillage type work I sure would pick the 806. Both good dependable tractors but those IH's were good horses with lots of power when the going got tough.
