I'm not famililiar with a 725 loader as they were built after I left JD dealership but is it a self-leveling bucket model? Are you operating loader with SCV's or power beyond valve? I don't see how it should have locked from lowering too low as I've raised the frt end with loader to change a flat several times. As Allan stated if air is problem cycling several times will purge air. Tx Jim
