Oh yeah...It had my shop heater blowing on it for about an hour before I turned the key. I then let it rest (and the battery recharge) for another hour all while the heater was on and had the same results.

I guess it could still be cold (it was 3 deg out side) but I would think that a couple of hours would have done the trick...
