How rare is MH 44 Diesel?

How rare is a Massy Harris 44 Diesel? Got a neighbor that has one. My brother is wanting to buy it. He says if I help I can use it in the hay field. The guy that it, his son in laws brother is a machinery jock for bigger, newer IH stuff. I would think that if it was worth much it would of been gone a long time ago. Ive only seen one other one at a salvage yard that sells some good ones also. They didnt think it was all that rare. There fore I ask the question. Thanks
