I wasn't there so I can't say how he meant it. Could have been a sarcastic remark aimed at the news media, not like they usually paint a good picture of soldiers. That being said, if you do not feel that the coment was not made in that sense then I would definatly say you have a right to be offended, I know I am and it is not even my brother. I guess what really gripes me is the old cliche that those soldiers are the reason he can say that and not be put in jail or worse. Ought to be thankful they are out there doing their job. Tell your brother I thank him and all the others in the military for the job they do!
