it doesnt seem to be turned up, it only runs 1800 rpms on the tach, would the rpms increase if it was turned up as you adjust that screw? this tractor was owned by my father in law for many years and he never touched anything mechanical. It doesnt seem near as peppy as my dads 560 diesel.
