Unless you are the original owner or know the original owner very well, I would be suprised if it's not already turned up. There is a screw on the back that goes in at a angle that turns them up (& down) by adding fuel however I would put it on a dyno to do this to be sure it's not already turned up, and to know how much hp it's making. There is a point where your not adding usable fuel and just waisting it.
