An 870 is an 870 no matter what is engraved, stamped, or whatever on the receiver. Nothing was done different to the shotgun to make it special or better, D U markin's were just added to the receiver. There are a few collectors that collect special marked firearms, usually in mint condition, Many DU marked 870'S were made, not a rare shotgun at all.
