Have a 40x 100 all concrete it is a waste but i did not build it park stuff on half of it use other half as shop the half i park old junk always got a oil leak or some thing else to clean up if it was rock would not have to worry about it. Also Got a 54x60 at my dad's place concreted the front 24ft works great can work on any thing up gront use the back for parking when we poured it just used the bottom board for a form then run a 2x6 along the back gud down about 8inches below the bottom of the concrete all around the outside and reinforced it real good with plenty of rebar. then in the back we put base rock down to level it all up and the base rock will pack in pretty tight
