Allan, you need to address that sleeping thing, one of my employees, 62year old man, was doing the same thing, he was sleeping 1-3 hours a night, always tired, cold not get to sleep, Monday night he was put in the hospital, today he is having open heart surgery and they are removing his thyroid.When he got to horspital, they told him that he was 10 minutes from massive heart attack. He has had the sleeping thing for about 3-4 years from what he told me.
