50 degees F to 11 below in one day - photos

Up to yesterday - we've had the mildest winter I've ever experienced in my lifetime - here in central New York. Keeps up it's going to destroy the maple syrup season. Usually snowmobiles all over by now instead of green grass. One day, it want from 50 degrees F to 11 below zero. I've got a little three-old that I take hiking almost every day. Up to now - it's been "rain and mud" hiking. This morning he wanted to go out - and we did - and it ended up a very short hike. He turned around and headed back to the house.
