I'm leaning more and more towards the 180 I think. It had the flat deck you mention and the shifters were on the dash. Dad pulled 3 bottoms with it. Did the model number reflect the HP rating? I seem to recall that it was an 80 HP tractor so if model number reflects HP then that is another reason to think 180. I dug out my dad's old day book / diary and found the day he bought the tractor, Thu Ap 11, 1968, and the day it was delivered, Sat Ap 13, but he does not mention the model number in the entry.

Dad replaced the TO-35 with a MF 202 Workbull, essentially an industrialized Ferguson 35 I am told.
