$300 is a drop in the bucket for what a Super 99 GM is worth in any condition. Even if it was in really bad shape you could part it out for 10 times your money. If it's in fair condition it worth more than 30 times what you paid for it. It's interesting that there seems to be two camps here. Those that feel paying so little is unethical and just short of stealing it and those that feel it's fair because the seller had the opportunity to turn down the offer down. We all like a good deal but at what point does is it unethical? Personally I would feel guilty but I unless I informed the seller it worth more. If the seller knew it was worth more and excepted my offer of $300 it might be OK.
