I built this set several years ago using some heavy side crank implement jacks, a pair of 2,500lb capacity caster wheels and some 3/8" plate for about a $100. We've used them to split everything from our Super H to our 5488 with no problems. The caster wheels are a mixed blessing, they let you roll the front half of the tractor anywhere you want but it takes two people to push it in a straight line.
