Yeah, I saw it coming. Years ago the city near me tried to "square up its boundrys". The city had no provision for agricultural or hobby farm zoning....No animals, period!!! Several of us petitioned the neighborhood involved and had a sizable list with a majority against anexation. City dropped plans at that time.
Go forward a few years I decided to sell the place, grab the mmoney and run to the hills. Investigate the laws involved, you may have a way to stall it. Good luck. Remember, the worst words you want to hear is
"I am from the government and I am here to help you."
