If you dont keep him then take him back and drop him where he was. The owners may be looking for him and he may go home. Better than taking him to be put down. There was a lady around here that found a cat sitting on the side of the street. She picked it up and ran ads in the newspaper and all. the owners called and decribed the cat perfectly. She decided she would drop it off on the way to work the next day and went to the address they gave her. It was the same house that she picked it up from.
