I mow with a cub with ag tread tires and hardly ever leave marks with the lugs. With the front tires when they skid in a turn, yes or if I spin a tire a bit but the lugs hardly show. I mark More with turf tires as they are easier to spin out with. Have had both types of tires on the same garden tractor over the years also and the turfs marked more than the ag tires for the above reasons. My place is a bit hilly. If it was nice and flat I probably would be better with the turfs as the lugs do leave prints in soft ground but if you might spon a bit the lugs spin less.
