set up case S magneto

Thanks to all that have tried to help me solve my previous problem of the 4 th cylinder not firing.After resetting the valves ,plugs,wires and whatever else there was to check I found out that it"s in the magneto. It does fire but not at the right time in two of the 4 plugs.On the small gear is a mark but not on the larger one that has the contact point on it.How do I need to set the magneto.
