Restoring wheatland tractor

For some time now I have had this idea that I wanted to restore a wheatland tractor. I don't need it to farm with. I have enough newer tractors to do that. I just think it would be neat to have a big old wheatland tractor to use once in awhile when I felt like it. My first choice would be a 1456 (of course) or a D-21. Both of which are fairly hard to find (especially the 1456). After looking for some time now it occurred to me why not a 5020. The 5020's even seem to cost less for some reason. The 5020 is a lot more tractor than the 1456 or D-21 so why would it cost less? Am I overlooking something? Thank you
