The Allis D-19 will cost you much less to buy, much less to run and much less for parts than those green tractors. Check the Nebraska tractor test results for hp and fuel burn. You do want to make sure someone hasn`t abused an AC by grinding her into gear or trying to shift with the power director clutch. If they haven't messed up the transmission and she don`t jump out of gear, you`ll have a good tractor for $5000 less that a JD 3020 or 3010.
