It looks to me like you did it right - come to a stop , left foot on brake if an automatic or right heel on brake if a manual , toe on accelerator pedal , rev up , dump clutch or feather brake , smoke tires to clean off mud . That's just the way it's done ! No harm , no foul ! I don't have any sound on this broke down computer so that's why I don't know if it was an auto or manual . Nice truck by the way ! I'd rather have a '70's truck than any new one . That's why I like my '75 short box chevy 4x4 with a built engine . My wife drives the '02 2500 Dodge . Burn 'em till the tires fall off !! ...Randy
