You must not be buying your own tires???? Oh, heck, I forgot, my 18-y-o DOES buy his own tires, and burns them up just like you! He says "Dad, you know darned well you liked burnouts, and did them back in your day". He won't believe me when I said I was never into burnouts, and I think they are about the dumbest thing a guy can do! I wrecked a lot of tires, too, in my younger years, but at least while MOVING... 4-wheeling... knocking the beads off the rims, running rocks and obstacles into them, etc.. I give him grief about tearing up tires while standing still... saying that at least I was tearing around when I wrecked tires, NOT sitting in on place, putting them up in smoke!!! WHATEVER "floats your boat", I guess!
