Didn't see the news cast but I have ridden with them on a few missions. 2 funerals and one Guard unit homecoming. It was probably a group of folks called The Patriot Guard. Lots of good folks trying to do a good thing. I joined it back in the spring, didn't know about them until we had a young man close to here die in Iraq. The Patriot Guard rode at it and kept the demonstrators and protesters from bothering the crowd by standing between them. The Patriot Guard is more about showing these men and women respect and letting them know they are appreciated than it is about being a wall between the family and protesters but that is a part of it as well. This is their website, it has alot on the history and information about the group. www.patriotguard.org. It's a real good group and I am proud to be in it.
