I know of tracts of land here that are not accessed by any county roads. So, a pilgrim comes in and buys the land thinking he will just use a "farmer road" that the former tenant made. Wrong. The law states that he cannot get to it without permission from an adjoining farmer to cross his/their land(s). If everyone surrounding that land say "No", he is just flat out screwed and can't even get to his own land. :>) Allan
