With this subject on elec fences, what is the tool called that you put over the top of the battery cable that measures the elec draw when you are trying to start the tractor. There is also a meter with 2 arm like claws that you put around the elec cables to measure 220-440 volts.
There must be some elec radiation coming off of the 12 volt system and the 110-440 volt systems.
