Got your email at home here, nice to hear from such a cheerful, positive guy. And thanks for the heads up about your company policy about sick days, I don't think I wanna work for you. However, I would suggest you post some of the "wash your hands before leaving" posters in the washroom at work, it has been documented that it is through this type of contact that germs are spread, not through runny noses etc.
