Blame it on new environmental protective considerations. here in las vegas, however, it is MANDATORY to have VENTS IN EVERY CONTAINER OF GAS, because the 100 degree hot sun we have here will just BLOW AN UNVENTED TANK UP!! I don"t know what is the problem with you eastern boys!!!
