PHOTO - JD tractor the US didnt get

Hi Gang;
This is the JD 710 built in Manheim Germany (the others in the series were 310 & 510) the first JD tractors built in Europe in the old Lanz factory.
They utilized JD engines mater to Lanz rear axles & gearboxes, and were NOT successfull nor reliable tractors.
This 710 was approx 70HP gross, 4 cyl diesel with 10F & 3R gears. Aimed at the Ford 5000-MF175 market (who were the market leaders here in that power class).
Not many imported in England, and very few have survived into preservation. Parts are almost impossible to locate.
