Twice the Willys?

I'm looking at getting a tractor that has roughly twice the power of my willys. It has a pto with 3 pt. It's a pretty amazing vehicle. I'm thinking of an 800 series ford, but I don't want to get something that the jeep can do already. I'm worried about the lightness of the ford. Would it have comparable traction to a 4X4 with tire chains? Any suggestion are welcome.
