If you decide to go with the 203 from the blazer, look at the shifter linkage location first. I'm not sure the tunnel in your pickup has a knockout for the 203 shifter anymore. If it does, the entire undercarriage from the blazer can be bolted into the pickup. Arguably the axles in the blazer are a little better than the ones in your pickup. The 203 trans case can be made "part time" 4x4 very easily.
