O/T help with older GM 4X4 transmission

i have a 1986 4X4 chevy pickup short bed 350ci 700R trans. my trans is shot in the truck and i want to replace it. i have a complete 350 turbo trans & transfer case out of a all wheel drive 1977 blazer. whats it going to take to get the 350 turbo bolted up in my truck. will the 350 trans bolt right up to the newer transfer case?. or would i have to use the old all wheel drive transfer case?. im thinking i would have drive shaft lenght prombloms if i go with the all wheel drive case. plus i really dont want the all wheel drive in my truck. what route do you'all think i should take.
