Hi Skyhawk - No - you didn't jeopardize anything. It probably just gets their hopes up for a little bit while they try to get it to work - and it might possibly help paypal track down where the errant logins are coming from, but the scammers can't do anything with garbage data. I've done the same thing, just playing around to see how polished their scam sites are. Most of the time, their links are actually tied back to the real paypal (or ebay or whereever) links, so they actually work. It is only the login that fails - that is because they just grab the data and go - once they have it, they don't care what happens on their site. Most of the time, the sites are gone within 48 hours or so. Howard
