sputtering???

I have a Farmall h 1944, the problem that I am having is this ... when I have the tractor running high idle or in the feild it seams to sputter, even when not under full load ... almost sounds like it's flooding out??? What I have done so far is this ... new plugs and wires, new condenser and points, cleaned the sediment bowl, added gasline carb cleaner, adjusted carb ... can't find the cure ... any ideas? thanks
