If you look at the serial number table on this site, you'll see that the first s/n to leave the factory in 1953 was 2380, so yes, your Jubilee was built in late 1952, but it's still considered a 1953 Golden Jubilee. You may find some date codes on the rear axles or other parts that would help confirm the 1952 build date. I have s/n NAA00929 sitting at my house right now, until I either part it out or sell it. I haven't decide which direction I'm going yet.
