Yes;Iam very serious.For those respondents that think this is a joke ,I ask for some input, not wisecracks.Who do you think can pay for this kind of operation, not just for one or two days but at their choosing year nound?On the other hand I would like to be able to make some phone calls for an answer.However if I am right or wrong I do not think I will get a straight answer from any government agency, having been shuttled from one phone call to another when dealing with officialdom in the past.Go Think
